The mission of our office is to achieve the University's strategic goals, while developing and protecting our brand and offering support to our campus community. Once a project is requested, we will initiate a conversation with you to better understand the objective and desired product. We value our partnership with you and offer creative solutions, getting you the results you need!

What You Should Know:

  • This type of submission is for any new project that you need support with.

  • This type of submission is for content (products, print or digital, video, etc.) that need brand approval before usage. 

    • Please Note: Brand approval is defined as the use of the university’s brand, that includes university logo, name, other brand identifiers, and the presence of the brand.
    • Brand approval requests are subject to non-approval and may require edits to be made before approval is granted.
  • This type of submission is for updates to content (print or digital designs, videos, etc.) that already exists. 

    • Please note: If the original content was not created by the Strategic Communications & Marketing team, please identify who created the original content.
  • This type of submission is for coverage of new content and for assistance finding pre-existing content in the KSU Digital Library (DAM).
  • This type of submission is for any type of submission that may not fall under the options above.

Be sure to provide all relevant details, including the project or task name, the URL for the edit, and a clear description of the requested update. If there are others who should be notified of the project’s status, you can add them to the Watch List. We look forward to working with you on your website initiative!

Internal Communications Forms

Submit your request for inclusion in The Weekly Feed, the university's digest sent to faculty and staff every Monday. All submissions are reviewed and included at the editor's discretion. Please submit by 5 p.m. Wednesday to be included in the following Monday’s digest. Include your message title, summary, and any relevant links. Thank you for sharing campus news with the community!

Please provide all necessary details, including your message, target audience, and preferred send time. Ensure that your submission is accurate and proofread before sending.
