Vendor Selection

If your project requires vendors to fulfill or finish a tactic, the project manager will source a vendor that meets the project budget and client’s expectations. If there is a vendor preference, please let the project manager know this preference as early as possible in the project so they can ensure timely coordination with the vendor.

All vendor quotes will be approved by the client. If there is a change in the quoted price, this will be communicated with client as soon as possible.
